Auction Rules Development: Every Fundraiser is different and each Fundraiser Auction requires a slightly different set of auction rules. Auction Media assists in preparing these rules that (we suggest) should be approved by a legal department before posting on the official auction web site.
Data Entered through 128 Bit SSL: All bidder and credit card holder information is collected through our 128-bit Secure Server (SSL) and stored in a powerful off-line SQL database, ensuring security and the privacy of your bidders.
Multiple Item Data Entry: Duplicate and uniquely number each multiple item saving you valuable time and effort.
Sales Person Tracking: Allows the sales manager to monitor individual sales people leading up to the Fundraiser Auction to verify sales activity and completion of data fields required to enter an item into the auction. The module tracks client information such as "new", "inactive", or "active" client ad sales history. Once the auction has ended, the data can be used to generate an "items sold by salesperson" report.

Accounting Reports: Extensive accounting reports are generated and sorted in many ways, for example: "items that met reserve", sorted by "retailer" and the "total advertising credit" for that retailer. All reports can be exported or copy and pasted into Excel.
